Terms and Conditions for Elite Commerce Limited Referral Program.

 

 

1. Introduction.

 

Welcome to Elite Commerce Limited Referral Program. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your participation in our referral program ("Program"). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not consent to these T&C, we respectfully request that you abstain from participating in the Program.

 

2. Eligibility.

 

2.1 Participant Eligibility: The Program is available to individuals who are legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago, aged 18 years or older, and possess a valid bank account.

 

2.2 Referee Eligibility: The referred customer ("Referee") must be a new customer who has not previously purchased a vehicle from Elite Commerce Limited.

 

3. Referral Program Structure.

 

3.1 Reward: The Referrer will be entitled to a reward of $1,000.00 TTD for every applicant they successfully refer.

3.2 Reward Distribution: Rewards will be distributed within 30 days after the Referee completes the purchase and all necessary documentation is verified.

 

4. Referral Process.

 

4.1 Referral Submission: Referrals must be submitted using our designated referral form, which can be obtained from our office through an authorized company representative.

 

4.2 Referee Purchase: The Referee must purchase a vehicle from Elite Commerce Limited within 90 days of the referral submission for the Referrer to be eligible for the reward.

 

4.3 Reward Eligibility: The Referrer will only receive the reward if the Referee completes the purchase of the vehicle.

 

4.4 Reward Payment: The reward will be deposited directly into the bank account provided by the Referrer. Please ensure accurate information, as we cannot be held responsible for funds deposited into an incorrect account.

 

5. Conditions and Restrictions.

 

5.1 Single Referrer: Only one Referrer can be credited for each Referee’s purchase. In cases of multiple referrals for the same Referee, the first submitted referral will be honored.

 

5.2 Non-Transferability: Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person or entity.

 

5.3 Taxes: The Referrer is responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt of the reward.

 

5.4 Program Changes: Elite Commerce Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

 

6. Compliance and Disqualification.

 

6.1 Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the Program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any rewards.

 

6.2 Disqualification: Elite Commerce Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to be in violation of these T&C or who has engaged in conduct that Elite Commerce Limited determines to be detrimental to the Program or its interests.

 

7. Limitation of Liability.

 

7.1 No Liability: Elite Commerce Limited is not responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Program or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any reward.

 

7.2 Indemnification: By participating in the Program, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Commerce Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

 

8. Dispute Resolution.

 

8.1 Governing Law: These T&C and the Program are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

 

8.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to the Program, or these T&C shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Arbitration Association, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

 

9. Miscellaneous.

 

9.1 Severability: If any provision of these T&C is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

9.2 Waiver: The failure of Elite Commerce Limited to enforce any right or provision of these T&C shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

 

9.3 Entire Agreement: These T&C constitute the entire agreement between you and Elite Commerce Limited regarding your participation in the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
